The customer has the right to choose a favorite place to eat out. The power of choice is in your hands. We encourage you to exercise this power of choice by allowing Caffèè Eugene to become your favorite place to eat out.

We will do our very best to offer the best quality of food.

The customer has the right to receive superior customer care. Unlike other restaurants that offer tainted customer care, Caffèè Eugene knows that superior customer care can only come from personal attention to detail.

We will do our very best to promote an image of excellence.

The customer has the right to receive timely service. Caffèè Eugene takes pride in delivering its products in a timely and professional manner. [ Quality which can be measured. ]

We will do our very best to promote a professional image.

The customer has the right to an enjoyable meal. Caffèè Eugene takes this into consideration, thus, we know that you would like to eat your meal without having to move every few seconds to allow someone to pass because the seating arrangements are not accommodating, people are yelling back and forth over your head or any other obviously distracting element.

We will do our very best to promote a relaxing atmosphere.

The customer has the right to know that the customer is not always right in every case; however, Caffèè Eugene will make it a point to treat each situation with the utmost of care as it arises.

We will do our very best to handle each situation so as to have both sides come out as winners.

The customer has the right to know that Caffèè Eugene does not allow SMOKING in the restaurant. We will not stop anyone from smoking; however, it will only take place in designated areas.

We will guarantee a smoke-free environment.
