Lemon-Garlic Shrimp [picture of a beating

This recipe is one of Lemon-Garlic Shrimp. . .very good. . .You may make any variations to the recipe to fit your preference(s). . .



6ea jumbo shrimp marinated in 1/2 cup of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
2tsp. minced garlic
1Tbsp. Canola Oil
2tsp. lemon juice
2Tbsp. white wine & a sprig of parsley (chopped)



In a medium saucepan, saute shrimp in Canola Oil until almost done, about 2 min. . .add garlic, lemon juice, white wine and the sprig of parsley. Cook about 1 min. Remove from the pan and place on a bed of parslied rice.


** for the garnish, place a sprig of parsley on a lemon crown. . .

** the shrimp should be marinated at least 1hr. . .
