The Rémoulade Sauce [picture of a beating

This recipe is one of The Rémoulade Sauce. . .very good. . .You may make any variations to the recipe to fit your preference(s). . .



11/2 cups mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 hard-cooked egg yolks, sieved
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon dried chervil
1 tablespoon paprika
11/2 tablespoons Creaole mustard
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 /4 cup of picante sauce, mild


Combine all ingredients; cover and chill. Makes 2 cups

You may lick your fingers after this. . .

** This sauce is especially good on Crab Cakes. . .
