I've worked in a number of Hotels and Restaurants here in Little Rock, AR:

1. The Capital Hotel (breakfast cook). . .

2. Little Rock Hilton Inn (kitchen supervisor) . . .

3. Holiday Inn Airport-East (banquet Chef). . .

4. Andre's Restaurant****(four stars while I was Chef). . .

5. Chester Street Cafe****(four stars while I was Chef). . .

I also have a BA in Technical Writing, and I am currently working on a MA in Journalsim.

After the MA in Journalism, I am considering a doctorate degree in Rhetoric & Writing.
